Return Window
We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at chrisrepsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
